Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Hydro, we’re here to help. You may return most unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of used items unless they are defective.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover return shipping. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How long do Hydros REALLY keep drinks hot or cold?
HydroVault tumblers keep drinks icy cold for up to 48 hours, even in summer heat. Hot drinks stay steaming for around 8 hours. We tested it in cars, beaches, and mountain trails. It just works.
Is it actually leakproof or just leak-resistant?
Actually leakproof. The WaveLock™ twist lid creates a tight seal that won’t spill, even upside down in your bag. Toss it, flip it, dance with it. You’re good.
Is there really a lifetime guarantee?
100%. If your Hydro leaks, or stops performing, we’ll replace it. No forms, no fine print. Just reach out and we’ll make it right.
Can I return or exchange it if I’m not happy?
Absolutely. we offer a 30-day no-hassle return or exchange policy. Just send it back in unused condition and we’ll take care of it.
What material is the tumbler made from?
Premium food-grade stainless steel. BPA-free, double-walled, vacuum insulated. Built to last, and safe for daily use. No weird smells or plastic taste.
Will it fit in my car's cupholders?
Yep. It was designed to. Even though it’s big, the base is tapered to fit standard vehicle cupholders. Tested in everything from a Mini to a Defender.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Totally. Just toss the tumbler and lid on the top rack. (Though we recommend hand-washing if you want to preserve the exterior color longer.)
